• Managed, trained, and coordinated 5 account managers and a public relations coordinator to sell advertising
space and event sponsorships to a database of over 300 clients that account for over $200,000 in annual revenue.
• Implemented a new sales metrics system to track account representative progress and created an Orientation
program designed to increase employee retention and productivity.
• Oversaw the circulation and distribution of the publication. Created a spreadsheet system to track the
pickup rate of the paper and identify new opportunities to reach readers.

• Worked with a local committee to organize a community driven, social media event with over 200 attendees.
• Recruited speakers who covered a variety of topics from web development to professional blogging. Delivered
